- Outside our opening hours The practice cannot be contacted. You may only contact the practice in an emergency. GP surgery (HAP).
- To use the patient portal and chat function, a personal account required. To comply with applicable privacy laws and other legal requirements, this account must be linked to a Dutch mobile number (06 number) and a personal email address.
